Bij niet IgE-gemedieerde penicilline allergie cefuroxim iv 1500 mg 2dd.
Na minimaal 2 weken overweeg switch naar clindamycine po 600 mg 3dd bij bewezen gevoeligheid. Totale behandelduur minimaal 6 weken.
Bij verminderde gevoeligheid voor penicilline overleg met arts-microbioloog.
