Indicatie: Osteosynthesen (fracturen en deformiteiten) Indien allergie voor cefazoline, dan clindamycine geven. Bij protheses en spondylodeses continueren cefazoline iv gedurende 24 uur post-operatief 4dd1 gram (clindamycine 3 dd 600mg). |
